Position: Sales Consultant (Outbound Process)

Location:

Aligned to US EST working hours (remote/hybrid/onsite as applicable)

Salary:

Up to ₹42,000 per month

Incentives:

Performance-based; minimum qualifying sales incentive starts at
60,000, with top performers averaging incentives above
1.5 lakhs monthly.

Key Responsibilities

Handle calls transferred from the Telemarketing (TM) team to qualify, engage, and convert leads into sales (hardcore sales). Manage the complete sales lifecycle including agreement signings and documentation. Execute outbound telemarketing calls via dialer tools and manual methods, adhering to sales scripts, filters, and criteria. Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service with diligent follow-ups. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and results. Adapt to shift timings in line with US EST and Daylight Saving schedules, including weekends as required.
Qualifications

Minimum: 12th pass (high school diploma or equivalent). At least 1 year of outbound sales experience in the US market (US calling/client handling required). Age: Up to 35 years.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior sales acumen with strong negotiation abilities. Adaptable with the ability to use and personalize pre-arranged scripts. Proficient with dialer systems and manual calling. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and hands-on. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a 24/7, 365-day operational environment.
