Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions. Record and update customer information in the system. Able to handle multiple chats at a time.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi) Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream) Freshers are encouraged to apply Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
