Customer Care Executive



Handle customer inquiries , giving prompt answers to customer questions. Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries. Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.



Face to Face



6 months Experience in Customer Service in BPO industry. (Mandatory).



Excellent Communication Skills. (Mandatory).



Undergraduate and Graduates both can apply.



No Cab no Meals.
