Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Follow company protocols and quality standards. Meet daily and monthly performance targets. Work in shifts if required. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
