Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory). Must be comfortable in either Tamil or Telugu. Proven experience in customer service or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus. Ability to work in shifts (if applicable). Good typing speed and basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
