Customer Support Executive - UK Shift



Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Shift Timing: UK Shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST)
Experience: 1-3 years
Education: Graduate (any stream)

What You'll Do:



Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chat. Provide quick, accurate, and friendly assistance to UK-based clients. Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

What We're Looking For:



Excellent English communication (verbal & written). Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in night/UK shifts. Positive attitude and team spirit!
