What You'll Do:
Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
Provide quick, accurate, and friendly assistance to UK-based clients.
Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
