B2B Customer Support Executives
for our voice and email documentation verification process. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage B2B interactions professionally. Multiple openings are available, and we are looking for candidates who can

Key Responsibilities:
Handle B2B customer interactions via voice and email for documentation verification.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests and documents.
Maintain high standards of professionalism in all communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Update and maintain records in compliance with process requirements.
Requirements:
Experience:
Prior B2B customer support experience preferred.
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal skills, and confidence in handling client interactions.
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a UK shift.
Familiarity with email etiquette and documentation handling is an advantage.
