We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

who can handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customers patiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate or equivalent qualification Good verbal and written communication skills Able to speak English, Telugu, Hindi. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
