KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Handle critical accounts with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
Manage inbound, outbound, and email conversations with clients, providing timely updates and clear information.
Provide basic technical support, including:
Basic troubleshooting and assistance with Excel and standard ticketing systems.
Logging, tracking, and resolving support requests, escalating complex issues as required.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in ticketing software, maintaining accurate records.
Maintain a professional communication style--both verbal and written--with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenging issues and ensure workflow efficiency.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
Capability to work under pressure while managing time effectively.
Willingness to learn new tools and upgrade technical know-how as per business needs.
Basic proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with ticketing systems.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
Graduation/Basic degree in B. com or related field
* MBA (Finance) preferred
