Should have technical knowledge (worked in technical support role).
Should be able to multitask - voice and chat process.
Should have customer-oriented approach while handling any customer query.
Advantage if you have worked on any CRM (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc)
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in a 247 (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational) with rotational week off. Languages to be known - English, Hindi, Telugu/ Kannada/Marathi
Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2+ years of technical support.
