Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Assist customers with domestic and international travel-related information.
Provide accurate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction.
Coordinate with the ticketing and operations team to resolve customer issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update systems accordingly.
Follow standard processes and achieve daily/weekly quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional while dealing with customers.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems.
Prior experience in customer support or travel industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required.
