Customer Support Executive
with excellent communication skills and knowledge of the
travel industry
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to flight, hotel, and holiday bookings.
Assist customers with booking, cancellations, date changes, and refund queries.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional responses.
Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, operations, sales) for query resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable travel solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality).
1-3 years of experience
in
travel customer support or a similar role
.
Strong knowledge of
domestic and international travel processes
.
Excellent
communication skills
(verbal and written).
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
GDS systems
(Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
