Customer Support Executive - International Process (Travel & Hospitality)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in the

Travel & Hospitality domain

to handle international customers. The role involves providing excellent customer service through voice, email, and chat support while managing travel-related queries and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international clients via

calls, emails, and chats

Assist customers with

travel bookings, reservations, cancellations, modifications, and refunds

Resolve queries related to

flights, hotels, holiday packages, car rentals, and travel policies

Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems Follow company policies, SLA guidelines, and quality standards Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues Provide end-to-end customer support to ensure a seamless travel experience
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification

Experience in Travel & Hospitality / Airlines / GDS / OTA

preferred Excellent

English communication skills

(verbal & written) Experience handling

international customers

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills Ability to work in

24/7 shifts

(including weekends and holidays) Basic computer knowledge and CRM tools
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

GDS systems

(Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo - added advantage) Prior experience in

BPO/KPO international process

Strong multitasking and time-management skills Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
