Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to generated leads for service promotion Handle inbound customer queries professionally Clearly explain company services, offers, and benefits to customers Follow up with interested prospects and maintain lead records Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead conversion Update customer information and call status in CRM or tracking sheets Ensure daily call targets and quality standards are met Maintain polite, patient, and customer-focused communication

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
