to support our customers during Australian business hours. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working night shifts and delivering high-quality customer service across email, live chat, and ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via

email, live chat, and support tickets

during night shift hours Provide accurate

order status updates

, shipping information, and resolution timelines Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch) to resolve customer queries efficiently Assist with

order changes, size updates, artwork clarifications, and payment confirmations

Manage after-sales issues such as

delivery delays, missing items, size concerns, or incorrect orders

Maintain clear and accurate notes in the ticketing system Follow internal escalation processes for urgent or complex cases Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution Ensure all communication aligns with the company's professional brand tone
