Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain products/services clearly and persuasively Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details Follow up on interested customers Handle customer queries and objections politely Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good verbal communication skills Ability to convince and negotiate Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.) Ability to work with targets and deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
