We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer queries, provide product guidance, and ensure a positive post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
2. Explain product benefits and resolve concerns efficiently
3. Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders
4. Coordinate with the dispatch team for order updates
5. Maintain CRM data and daily call reports
Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (FMCG preferred)
2. Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus)
3. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and basic Excel
4. Polite, patient, and customer-first attitude
