Shift timings: 9:00 am to 6:00
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and HB transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
