Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Customer Support Executive
with
excellent English communication skills
and
proven voice-process experience
supporting
UK clients
.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction is managed with clarity, confidence, and care.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
customer queries via phone
in a timely and professional manner.
Manage
agitated or upset customers
calmly while maintaining control of the conversation.
Take ownership of
urgent calls
, ensuring quick follow-up and resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve product- or service-related issues accurately.
Maintain a courteous, empathetic tone at all times during customer interactions.
Update CRM systems with case details, feedback, and resolutions.
Proactively follow up on open cases to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year experience in a UK voice-process
(customer support / technical support).
Strong
fluency in English
- neutral or UK-friendly accent preferred.
Must have experience
speaking directly with UK customers over calls.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to
multi-task
and
prioritise under pressure.
Experience using CRM or remote-support tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshdesk, Zendesk).
Calm, patient, and professional in handling escalations and urgent queries.
