Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries. Resolve customer complaints efficiently within defined timelines. Provide accurate information and solutions related to products or services. Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
