About the Role:
Queens Emporium is looking for a
female Customer Support Executive
who is
based in Coimbatore
to handle customer communication and after-sales support for our saree and jewellery divisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and emails.
Provide product details, order updates, and assistance with exchanges or returns.
Coordinate with the dispatch and marketing teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and polite communication.
Assist in building positive relationships with repeat and new customers.
Requirements:
Female candidates settled in Coimbatore only.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Tamil).
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Gmail, social media chat handling).
Prior experience in customer support (fashion/jewellery industry preferred).
