Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via online platforms. Handle inquiries related to slimming treatments, packages, pricing, appointments, and promotions. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and follow-ups using clinic management software. Maintain accurate client records, feedback, and service history. Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth client flow and timely service delivery. Upsell or inform clients about additional services, memberships, and offers. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Follow up with clients for feedback and encourage repeat visits. Support in administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and maintaining inventory logs.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred). 1-2 years of customer service or front desk experience (experience in wellness/clinic/hospitality preferred). Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or clinic software systems. Presentable, patient, and client-focused demeanor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
