Customer Support Team
. The role involves handling
inbound and outbound calls
and responding to
customer chats
related to delivery and service of our
20L bubble top cans and premium glass bottles
.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond promptly to customer queries via
phone and chat
.
Resolve delivery-related issues and provide accurate product/service information.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system with accurate details.
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
by providing timely and effective support.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in customer support (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle chat/call support software.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Flexible to work in
shift basis (no night shifts)
.
