Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
Experience - 6 Months - 1+ year experience
Proven work experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM software, ticketing tools, or support systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
