We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 6+ Months experienced

Customer Support Executive (English)

to join our team.

Experience :

6 Months to 2 years of experience.

Work Location :

Anna Nagar, Chennai (Near to Thirumangalam Metro)

Working Days:

5 Days (1st & 3rd Saturday is fixed off & All Sunday fixed off)

Work Timings:

10 AM to 7 PM

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across calls, emails, and chats while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and polite manner.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers within defined timelines.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved to satisfaction.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Continuously learn about services, and processes to support customers effectively.

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to stay calm and patient while handling difficult situations.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Prior experience in customer Support Experience is mandatory.
