We are urgently hiring for Customer Support Executives to join the Airtel Email & Chat Process at our Karapakkam office. The ideal candidates will handle customer queries through email and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.*

Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.*

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.*

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.*

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.*

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).*

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.*

Ability to handle queries efficiently and professionally through non-voice channels.*

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Any graduate (Graduation is mandatory)*

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any field or domain (preferably in customer support).*

Freshers are not eligible.*

Job Details:

Salary: ?14,000/- Take Home per month*

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM*

Work Location: Karapakkam), Chennai*

Mode of Work: Work from Office*

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
