Job Summary:



We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information. Assist in onboarding new customers and provide necessary guidance. Collect customer feedback and share it with internal teams for improvement.

Requirements:



Qualification : any degree, B.B.A, B.com, B.sc.. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus. Problem-solving attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Preferred Qualifications:



Multilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is advantageous.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
