Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner

Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and accurately

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information

Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system

Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Meet or exceed performance metrics (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.)

Requirements:



Proven experience in customer support or a related field is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English and [mention local/regional languages if needed]

Ability to handle high call/email volumes

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
