Position: CRE / Sr. CRE / Team Lead

Channel - Motor Vertical / Business Support - Retention (Corporate Office)

? Coordinating with Business Partners and retaining the business in motor vertical in assigned state / Region / Territory - (

PAN INDIA)

? Regular follow up with Business Partners / Agents for renewal and business Retention.

? Increasing the Business partner count from the shared data bank.

? Should have worked in motor insurance

Renewal process, Quote preparation, Policy issuance

.

(Private Cars, Two Wheelers, GCV, LCV, SCV, MCV, HCV, etc.,)

? Handle Business Partners inquiries, resolve complaints, and educate clients on Motor policies and benefits.

?

Client Relationship Management:

This involves regular communication with our Existing and New clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

?

Understanding client needs:

Assessing and identifying client needs to tailor product offerings and provide personalized solutions.

?

Responding to inquirie

s: Promptly addressing business partners inquiries and requests, providing clear and concise information.

?

Resolving complaints:

Resolving business partners, complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

?

Backend Support to Managers

: Identifying opportunities and coordinating with sales manager for revenue increase

?

Developing retention strategies:

Implementing strategies to retain existing clients and build partners and service loyalty.

?

Understanding market trends

: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

? Working knowledge in Ms Excel and Ms Word

?

English, Hindi (Speak)
