Position Overview

: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Executive who is fluent in English, Telugu. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support via voice, chat, and email to our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

:

Provide prompt and professional customer support in English, Telugu, and Hindi through voice, chat, and email. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively, ensuring quick resolution. Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented accurately in the system. Guide customers in using our products/services and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates to customers. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Prior experience in a customer support role is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor when interacting with customers. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

:

Experience in a customer service position or call center environment. Knowledge of CRM tools and support ticketing systems. A positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
