REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Malayalam / Hindi)
  • Prior experience in tech support or a similar role will be an added advantage
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Supporting Business Relationship Manager in developing relationships with designated learning partners understanding their business requirements and providing support, solutions and services to meet them
  • Implementing partner engagement plans in order to deliver business development targets and maintain positive and mutually beneficial relationships over time
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, marketing activity and services
  • Supporting students with registrations, offering counseling and guidance
