Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through

calls, emails, and chat

Provide accurate information regarding products and services Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Maintain records of customer interactions Follow process guidelines and quality standards Escalate complex issues to the concerned team Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
