Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to candidates from the provided database
Inform candidates about
walk-in interview details
(date, time, venue, role)
Communicate clearly in
Hindi, Kannada, Gujarati, and English
Answer basic candidate queries related to the job opening
Follow up with candidates to confirm interview attendance
Maintain daily calling reports and update candidate status
Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team regarding responses
Eligibility & Requirements:
Fluency in
Hindi, Kannada, Gujarati, and English
(mandatory)
Minimum qualification:
Any Graduate
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling systems, CRM is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling, HR calling, recruitment calling, or BPO
Ability to handle high call volumes
Professional and polite phone etiquette
