Handle
customer queries via chat, email, and calls
(inbound)
Provide prompt and professional responses
Update customer records accurately
Ensure empathy and clarity in all interactions
Requirements:
HSC / Any Graduate
Excellent English (spoken & written)
Freshers
with strong
English communication skills

OR minimum
1 year experience
in BPO / International Voice/Inbound/Blended
Willingness to work in rotational
day shifts / 5 Days Working
