Job Description


Roles and responsibilities: Attend calls from customer & understand their requirement. After understanding the customer requirement give them a solution. If solution is not sufficient through phone call, send query to Hardware Or Software Guy. Also if the customer query is about courier status them let them know & also inform to dispatch team . Coordination with respective departments depends on customer query. Handle calls on IVR System. Make sure about customer satisfaction. Quick response to customer Making report as suggested from Senior. Basic greetings skill on phone. Other tasks as assigned. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: 910,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Education:

Experience:
