Key Responsibilities:



Handle both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Deliver accurate information and provide effective resolutions to customer queries. Systematically manage customer records, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy. Achieve individual performance targets and actively support team objectives. Maintain high standards of customer service and a solution-focused attitude.
