Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp & emails
Resolve order, delivery & return related issues
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months - 1 year experience
in customer support (preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer & Excel knowledge
Freshers with good communication can also apply
