Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and polite customer support. Communicate effectively in

Tamil (mandatory)

and English/Hindi as required. Resolve customer queries, explain services, and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain records of calls and follow up to ensure issue resolution. Meet daily/weekly call targets while maintaining quality service standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
