We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive - Tamil & Telugu Known

to deliver voice-based support to customers, ensuring a smooth experience across fintech and insurance services.

Responsibilities:

Attend customer calls in Tamil/Telugu. Resolve account, policy, EMI, payment and onboarding issues. Update CRM and maintain documentation. Ensure customer satisfaction and quick resolution.

Requirements:

1-3 years in customer support (Fintech/Insurance preferred). Ability to communicate in

Tamil, Telugu, Hindi & English

. Good customer handling and empathy skills.
