  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about product features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and skills:
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer issues.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
