We are leading Logistic Support and Packaging solutions Provider having head office in Varachha road, Surat hiring for below position;

Job role : Customer Support Executive (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Location, Varachha, Surat

CTC : Max. 30000 Per month

Role & responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for Customer Satisfaction pertaining to all support activities

for multiple customers.

Effective customer interaction customers and guiding them about PDS functions as a

brand and its products.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that the customer

has.

Identify customers\' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide

solutions and/or alternatives.

Maintain accurate records and document all customer support activities and discussions.

Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on the overall effectiveness of the

customer support functions.

Connect with the customers through Phone & Emails for day-to-day business

requirements.

Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant questions, and

picking the right time to pitch the recommended solutions.

Take a customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.

Desired Skills:

Proven working experience as a customer support executive

Record of successful customer query handling

Proficient in maintaining databases/MIS

Excellent communication skills with English, Hindi & Gujrati Languages

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at a time

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate or Post Graduate

Degree/Diploma in Business Administration would be an advantage

A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.

Experience in packaging industry would be an add on
