Handle inbound calls and outbound calls of the clients
Candidates need to interact with customers regarding their issues and note them down.
Give training and support of ERP software and applications to our clients (schools and coaching)
Should be able to assist the client by taking their desktop remotely through software like any desk
Analyze, test & troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users
Respond to customer queries by e-mail, chat, or telephone
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech or M.Tech.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational software.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
