About Us:Mr n Mrs Pet, a leading pet store, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide excellent service, assist customers with their queries, and ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries about pets, products, and services. Provide guidance to customers on selecting pets such as dogs, cats, and small pets. Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Build and maintain relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:

6 months to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Passion for pets and knowledge of their needs, especially for dogs, cats, and small pets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with computers and CRM tools. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Work Schedule:

6 working days with rotational offs. Rotational shifts (no night shifts).
