? Handle customer queries and provide support via calls and chat.
? Assist customers in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
? Drive sales conversions and promote company offerings (for Sales roles).
? Maintain professionalism and adhere to company guidelines.
? Achieve performance targets and deliver quality service.

Salary & Benefits:

Customer Support Salary:

?13,000 - ₹22,000 CTC per month

Sales Salary:

Up to ?27,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

Work Schedule:

Day shift

6 days working, rotational off
