Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide support via calls and chat.

Assist customers in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

Drive sales conversions and promote company offerings (for Sales roles).

Maintain professionalism and adhere to company guidelines.

Achieve performance targets and deliver quality service.

Salary & Benefits:

Customer Support Salary:

13,000 - ₹22,000 CTC per month

Sales Salary:

Up to ₹27,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

Work Schedule:

Day shift

6 days working, rotational off
