We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist our customers through messaging, chat, and occasional voice calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, customer-centric, and capable of maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Training & Employment Structure
Selected candidates will undergo a
3-month training period
During training, a
monthly stipend will be provided
Upon successful completion, the candidate will be confirmed as a
full-time regular employee
This ensures the candidate has proper product knowledge, system understanding, and communication training before handling full responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through chat, messaging apps, and email
Provide accurate information and troubleshoot basic issues
Manage customer tickets and follow up until resolution
Coordinate with internal departments for escalations
Maintain CRM logs and communication records
Identify patterns in customer concerns and suggest improvements
Assist with customer feedback and satisfaction tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong command of English (written + spoken)
Comfortable handling customer conversations with patience & clarity
Prior experience in call center, BPO, customer support, or chat support is preferred
Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, or similar (not mandatory but an advantage)
Good organizational and multitasking ability
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Since the role caters to Australian customers:
Shift (India):
Starts at
8:00 AM IST
Duration: 8-9 hours/day
Monday to Friday (Weekends as per requirement or rotation)
