Below are Roles and responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality support. Process orders, refunds, or service requests as needed. Follow company guidelines, scripts, and standard operating procedures. Meet performance targets such as response time, quality score, and productivity.

Skills Required - Good Communication skills & able to translate English to hindi .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
