Respond to user and learner queries, acting as first point of contact for issue resolution and complaints handling
? Conducting quality assurance surveys with Learner and providing feedback to the internal team for process and product improvement.
? Handling the social media queries and recommending learners the relevant offering
? Develop personalised communications, FAQs banks and self-service knowledge bases
? Undertake other duties commensurate with the role in line with emerging business needs
? Work effectively with Academics, Accounts and IT to deliver outstanding customer experience
