1. To arrange pickups and constant follow up of every shipment through phone calls, messages, what\xe2\x80\x99s app and e-mails from internal team and convey the fresh updation to customers. 2. To Prepare MIS report for customer\xe2\x80\x99s updation. 3. To maintain data of short and damaged shipment and escalate the same via emails. 4. To prepare monthly performance report of every customer. 5. To provide indent mails to billing team 6. To take follow up for approval of special movement and weight from customer Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
