We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can efficiently assist customers using our mobile application. The candidate will be responsible for representing the app, understanding customer queries, and providing effective solutions through calls, chats, or emails.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to the mobile application.
Provide product demonstrations and app navigation support.
Resolve issues by coordinating with internal technical teams.
Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Deliver a positive customer experience with prompt and clear communication.
Requirements:
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of mobile applications.
Ability to handle customer calls and chats professionally.
Freshers/Experienced both can apply.
