: Customer Support Executive
? Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients across various
channels such as phone, email, and chat
? Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional
manner
? Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely and accurate
information
? Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
? Collaborate with other teams, including sales and product development, to ensure
customer needs are met
? Identify and escalate issues to senior management as needed
? Stay up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information
to customers
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree from a recognised University
? At least 2 years of experience in customer support or related field
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
